Terminology for the following General Terms and Conditions of Use of www.bapva.bg, hereinafter referred to as the Website
- Content - all content (text and images) on the Web page;
- User - any user using the Website;
- Bulgarian Association of Manufacturers and Importers of AdBlue Association with UIC 207324946 and registered office in. PLOVDIV, bul. MARITSA №154 floor 3 - owner of the Website;
- Cookies - a method by which information is stored locally in the User's browser; are small files consisting of a text set of information;
Rights and obligations of www.bapva.bg
- www.bapva.bg undertakes to comply with all the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation and to process and store the personal data provided by users, lawfully and in good faith, only for the purpose of providing the services and content of the Website;
- www.bapva.bg undertakes not to disclose the User's personal information to third parties without the User's express consent, except in the case of:
  - investigating complaints of abuse;
  - court order or summons;
  - incorrect behavior of the User on the Website or the commission of malicious acts;
- www.bapva.bg undertakes not to collect, process or store personal data such as:
  - political views;
  - racial origin;
  - religious or philosophical beliefs or membership of such organisations;

- www.bapva.bg reserves the right to change at any time the structure, content, design or functions of the Website, as well as to terminate access to it, without prior notice, in case of violation of the Website or malicious behavior on the part of the User;
- Any use of the Content that does not contradict the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website is expressly prohibited without the written permission of Bulgarian Association of Manufacturers and Importers of AdBlue Association;
- In the event that the services used by the User do not meet his requirements or expectations, www.bapva.bg reserves the right not to be responsible for this. www.bapva.bg makes no warranty that the Website will be continuously accessible or without technical problems. As a result of the use of the website, www.bapva.bg reserves the right not to assume responsibility for damages or lost profits. www.bapva.bg assumes no liability, as well as any obligations to compensate for direct or indirect, causal and special damages related in any way to the access or use of the site;
- Bulgarian Association of Manufacturers and Importers of AdBlue Association shall not be liable in any way, including criminal, administrative or civil liability, for the use of the Website by the User in a manner that does not comply with the requirements of the Regulations, as well as the generally applicable requirements of the Law;
- The Website contains links to other websites that are completely independent of www.bapva.bg, and the Website is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information described on any such website;

User's rights and obligations
- The User of the Website is entitled to view and use the Platform for its intended purpose, as well as to use the Content only when the Copyright of Bulgarian Association of Manufacturers and Importers of AdBlue Association is reserved and only for non-commercial purposes. Use of the Content without attribution is permitted only by written permission from the Owner;
- All actions of the User that interfere with the functioning of the Website are prohibited, as well as those that could damage the authority of the Website or its Owner. In the event of such conduct on the part of the User, Bulgarian Association of Manufacturers and Importers of AdBlue Association undertakes to take appropriate action to remedy the damage caused without prior notice;
- The Website cooperates with third party business partners who provide Users with original texts, services, offers and other information. Each User has the right to use the services offered by them, and in such situations the rules of the individual Web pages shall apply;

- Data processed when using the Website:
  - automatically collected technical data such as IP address, GPS coordinates, information about the device from which you visit the Website;
  - data obtained through the use of cookies;
- Each User is responsible for the information provided by him/her, if it is unreliable or relates to third parties without their explicit consent, as well as for any illegal or malicious use of personal data and information. If the User does not want this information to be collected and processed, he is not obliged to provide it. Any input of information by the User is voluntary;
- All personal data and information stored about the user are deleted after the end of the technological period;
Protection and processing of personal data
- It is necessary to process and store the information you provide to us in order to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyze trends on the Internet.
  - This information is retained for a certain period of time and the necessary technical and organizational measures are taken against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access by a third party, modification or dissemination, as well as other illegal forms of access and dissemination;
- Each time you visit the Website, the User is identified as such by IP address. The IP address is a sequence of four numbers and indicates the Internet address from which the User accesses the Web Site, directs to the Internet provider and can be traced by anyone who makes a search on it;
Cookies, Google Analytics, Social networks
- Cookies create anonymous statistics about the User's preferences as well as his behavior on the Website. Through them, the Website analyzes traffic and optimizes content. Cookies do not link your access to the Website in any way with your personal data. Their use on the Website stores certain information and distinguishes Users from each other;
- Types of cookies we use:
  - Analytical cookies – cookies that track the number of visits to the site and analyze how easy it is for users of the Website to work with it (Google Analytics cookies). Analytical cookies provide information such as which pages of the site the User visits and what device he uses to disassemble the Website and other anonymous data. For Google Analytics, IP address anonymization is also used using _anonymizelp. The maximum period for which we keep analytical data in Google Analytics is 50 months;
  - Precision targeting cookies – they screen out information that is irrelevant to you and should not be shown to you. These are dynamic cookies of Facebook, Google, etc. ;
  - Functional cookies – cookies that allow you to use the full functionality of our site;
- The use of Google Analytics is to generate statistics on site traffic and traffic sources;
- The information collected by the above third parties is site performance and analysis of visits - periodicity, length of visit, geographical location (city / village);
Applicable law
- In case of unresolved issues and disputes, each user has the right to present to the Bulgarian courts and the relevant competent authorities all outstanding issues that the parties have failed to resolve through negotiations and by mutual agreement;
- For all issues not settled in these conditions, the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation in force shall apply;
